Open an Account

In order to provide you with our service and product offerings, we need to establish an account for your business. Our terms and conditions for trading are at the end of this section. We recommend that once an account had been established, that it be kept in order with payments made as agreed, so that ongoing business can proceed as normal.

To open an account, please go to tab below and we will forward you our Credit Application form for the relevant country.

Terms and conditions

As the laws and regulations for Australia and New Zealand are different, separate T & C's apply. Some common terms however are:

1. We cannot process orders received at a discount unless an account application has been agreed upon.

2. We offer a guarantee to refund purchase price, or to replace products, if they are defective in any way, provided that claim is made within 7 days of receipt of products.

3. Products specially made or procured are non refundable.

4. There will be a 25% restocking charge if goods are returned after 7 days on receipt of goods. The return will require written prior authorisation from Rope & Cable.

5. We reserve the right to change prices at any time (which from time to time may include exchange rate fluctuations). A quotation should be requested to provide certainty of delivery estimates and price.
